Parent Portal
Parent Portal replaces last year's Parent Portal. View your student's schedule, assignments, grades, attendance, school calendar, teacher posts and classroom pages, set e-mail notifications, join groups, and much more. Login from any KCS district or school web page using the Username and Password box in the top corner of every page. After login, click on "My Family" under the calendar on the left side of the page. Parent Communication


ParentLink
ParentLink is the district's telephone communication tool. Phone calls regarding emergency situations as well as other communicaitions are made through ParentLink. Login to update phone numbers for receiving emergency and attendance calls. View message history, lunch balances and more using ParentLink. NOTE: Primary (main) address and phone number cannot be changed through this utility. All official changes of student information must be sumbitted to the school office. (Access ParentLink)
Cafeteria Payments PayPams
PayPams allows the parent or guardian to make secure deposits on your student's cafeteria fund and to track what their child is eating. There is a small fee for each deposit, but there is no limit to the size of the deposit. Tracking what your child is eating is free. (More Information, login)

The School Board of Knox County takes part in the National School Lunch and Breakfast Programs. Healthy meals are served every school day. Eligible students may receive meals free or at a reduced price. More information
School Zones Find School Zones (KGIS)
The Knoxville, Knox County, Knoxville Utilities Board Geographic Information System (KGIS) offers many features, one of which is being able to find your school zone by entering your street address. KGIS also offers functions to find your school district and much more. (Find school zone)

WebQuery helps you determine the schools a student is eligible to attend and the available bus stops. WebQuery also provides a helpful street map. Just enter the student's information and click "Go." (Find Bus Stop)

KCS Directory
An online directory of all Knox County School personnel providing e-mail addresses and work location. Individual information can also be found by visiting each school's web site and clicking on the Faculty links on the school site. Each teacher has a profile page that includes the classes taught.
