Park Med Urgent Care Center is offering sports/school physicals to students at a reasonable cost without a lengthy wait for an appointment. The charge for this service is $25. Due to this service being offered at a significantly reduced rate, payment is expected at the time of service. Park Med Urgent Care Center can provide information to the parents to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement if needed.
